Fuel, tolls, parking, a professional chauffeur and English-speaking service. No night, weekend or holiday surcharges. The rate we quote is the rate you pay.
What’s not included
Site admissions, meals, activities and accommodation. We are glad to arrange them; they are billed separately.
How we count hours
Portal to portal — from your pickup time until return to the point of origin, whether in motion or waiting.
Mileage
Full-day services include up to 400 km within the coverage area.
Additional time
The first 60 minutes of waiting are complimentary. Beyond that, $49 per hour.
Reservation & cancellation
Reservations 24 hours in advance. Free cancellation up to 24 hours before service. Within 24 hours, 50%. No-show, 100%.

Introductory rates: $100 for a private transfer within Guatemala City. One way to Antigua Guatemala or El Paredón, $255. One way to Lake Atitlán, $315. We also offer a 12-hour package with the chauffeur and the vehicle at your disposal for the whole day — write to us and we will build it around your plan. Every rate includes the black Chevrolet Suburban, a professional bilingual chauffeur, on-board Wi-Fi and refreshments.

Your first full-day reservation (12 hours) receives 10% off, at any of our destinations. Simply mention it when you book via WhatsApp. One use per guest, valid for 30 days. It does not apply to one-way transfers or hourly service.
